Read your MyFitnessPal data
the way it deserves

MyFitnessPal will hand you a CSV and wish you luck. Drop it here and see what is actually in it, how consistently you logged, how your weekends compare to your weekdays, where your calories sit across the day, and which foods are really carrying your diet.

The file is read in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed, and no copy is kept.

Getting the file out of MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal gates data export behind its paid tier. Worth knowing before you start.

  1. 1Sign in to MyFitnessPal on the website. Export is a Premium feature.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then look for Export Data or "Export your information".
  3. 3Request the export and choose your date range.
  4. 4MyFitnessPal emails you a zip archive containing several CSV files.

The nutrition summary CSV inside the zip

Your daily nutrition totals broken down by meal, plus exercise and measurement files alongside.

MyFitnessPal rolls its nutrition export up to the meal level, so you get "Breakfast: 520 kcal" rather than the eggs and the toast. The individual foods are not in the file, and no tool can recover them from it. You can still see your day shape, your macro split and your consistency. You just will not see which foods drove them.

Processed entirely on your device. No account, no upload, no copy kept.
