Failure Training is a workout technique where you perform an exercise until you can no longer complete a repetition with proper form.

Failure Training involves exercising to the point where the muscles are fully fatigued and can no longer produce the force required to complete an additional repetition without compromising form. This technique is often used to maximize muscular hypertrophy and endurance.
